Username:

User names at AUC are based on the default Firstname.Lastname

These names are to be typed exactly as the First and Last name given as legal names to the records office.

Please take the following into consideration if you have more than one First name or more than one Last name.

Example: If first name given was "Mary Ann" then the username will be Mary_Ann.lastname [Note the underscore (_) to replace the blank between the names].

Example: If first name give was "Mary-Ann" then the username will be Mary-Ann.lastname

Example: If last name given was "Doe Smith" then username will be firstname.Doe_Smith [Note the underscore (_) to replace the blank between the names].

Example: If the last name given was "Doe-Smith" then the user name will be firstname.Doe-Smith.

Password:

Password default is AUC + last 4-digits of the AUC ID number. You will be asked to change it on your first login.

Email address:

Once in D2L make sure to check the email address and change it to the most used email address.  It doesn't have to be an AUC email address but the address you check the most.
